Football is the game of life. To be able to teach the game while breathing the Flag Star mission fulfills my weeks.

Who was your favorite youth coach and what did he/she teach you:
My Flag Coach when I was 8, Coach Duke. He taught me the importance of doing your part on and off the field. He taught me that working hard pays off.
Who’s the best friend you made through sports:
Met my best friend, Dom, while playing football freshman year of HS. We played Offensive line side by side for 4 years (LG,LT). Then Dom influenced me to follow him to a Junior College in San Diego. That junior College decision led me to play football at Howard University, which birthed me with my Flag Star opportunity.
What’s your most cringe-worthy sports moment / biggest failure:
I also played Long Snapper in high school. In a close game, back up in our redzone, I snapped the ball over the punter's head causing a two-point play for the other team. We lost by 1.
Lesson: Stay focused in all situations
What are your off-field interests/hobbies:
I enjoy hiking and friendly sport competitions. I like to play my Xbox when I have free time.
