I graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Human Resource Management, with a minor in Information Technology. I am Ethiopian but grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland. I love traveling, meeting new people, and learning from different cultures and experiences. I enjoy building genuine relationships with others, understanding their perspectives, and helping them succeed.
I have always worked in the HR and hospitality professional and I enjoys building systems, improving processes, and helping teams grow. I thrive on solving problems, finding efficient solutions, and creating organized workflows that make work easier for everyone. Outside of work, I enjoy mentoring others, staying active, and continuously learning new skills. I'm passionate about making a positive impact and always look for ways to improve both myself and the organizations I'm a part of.

I competed in both cheerleading and gymnastics at Blair High School. Our cheer team won first place two years in a row and moved our school from the Division II to the Division I competition level. Being part of that accomplishment taught me the value of hard work, teamwork, and pushing beyond expectations.
