FAQs

“What are the safety protocols in place?

Great Question. Here are the POLICIES AND PROCEDURES we used this past Spring. We will be sticking the same guidelines.

“Do I have to have a full group to participate?”

The short answer is no. The long answer is that it may take a bit more time to match free agents together in convenient locations.

“How involved are the coaches? And how many are there?”

Leadership wise? Very involved. Germ exposure? As close to not at all as possible. Coaches will lead the pods, but remain socially distant, with masks throughout the entirety of the session. And each Pod will have two coaches for the Winter.

“How much interaction/contact will the kids have within each pod?

This is directly up to the parents of the pod. The coaches, as mentioned, will have close to zero exposure. If the players are already interacting and are in each others’ ‘bubble’ the parents can agree to have full close contact flag football. If the parents want everybody stay distant, we can do that too! And of course everything in between.

“How big of a space do I need to play?”

Most any grass space will do. Park, field, or even a big backyard. We usually recommend that the space is at least 20yds x 20yds

“How distanced will the kids be?”

That is up to you. In the form you will have an option to signify how comfortable you are with the kids in the self-contained pod playing various games.
