The key to a great league? Great people. No secrets there.
Of all the things we do in Flag Star Football, who we are is the most important. Our coaches and staff are great people. And when you put a big group of great people together, it creates something really special. Our leagues are proof of that.
We’re looking for new people to be a part of that something special. Looking for a weekend gig, finishing up school or just have some free time? Flag Star offers flexible schedules, so you can choose weekday afternoons/evenings, Saturdays or Sundays starting at $15/hr (and usually more!) Plus it’s the most rewarding way you could possibly spend a day -- active, outside and being a positive influence in your community.
For us -- the people who truly love this -- we walk off the field energized every Sunday. If that’s you, and if you’re ready to lead your team, we’d love to have you on ours.
Who: HS students, college kids, recent grads and grown adults
What: Coaching and Refereeing for Fall League
When: You choose! Weekday afternoons/evenings, Saturdays, Sundays or all three! Hours on weekends typically range from 11:30am-7:00pm.
Where: Various league locations. Choose between Alexandria, Bethesda, Capitol Hill, Falls Church, McLean, NW DC & Takoma Park.
Why: If you’ve gotta ask, this ain’t for you!
