EL Haynes Families - Welcome!! Here at Flag Star, we've kicked off an awesome partnership with EL Haynes, and we couldn't be happier about it. Our mission is simple: Get Better. Have Fun. Create a low-pressure opportunity for kids to compete.

ELEMENTARY PROGRAM: We’re gearing up to field 3 co-ed EL Haynes elementary teams in our Fall league - one team each for 3rd, 4th and 5th grades. This will include after-school team practices (time/days TBD), and 1.5-hour sessions on Sundays (which include a 30-min. practice, followed by a 60-min. game in our NW DC league.)

HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM: We’re creating an EL Haynes 10th to 12th grade team to compete in our Fall league. This will include a handful of Saturday team practices (beginning with both August 23, morning, exact time TBD.)
It will also include 1.5-hour sessions on Sundays (30-min. practice, followed by a 60-min. game in our NW DC league.)

To every family of an EL Haynes 3rd, 4th and 5th, and 10th, 11th and 12th grader: we’re welcoming you at zero cost. Sign up to play, and it’s free. You’ll use the code ELHAYNESFREE.at checkout.

Then select the “EL Haynes” option

If the demand exceeds the number of spots on the team, tryouts for registered kids will be held on Thurs., 8/21 and Fri., 8/22.
For 3rd, 4th and 5th grades: tryouts will begin at 4pm, on the fields at the Kansas Ave. campus.
For 10th through 12th graders, tryouts will be held on Friday, 8/22, at the conclusion of the elementary tryouts (approx. 5:30pm)

If your child doesn’t get selected for the EL Haynes team, we’ll roster your child onto another team in the league that needs players! These ballers will only practice/play on Sundays.
