Women’s Flag Leadership (WFL)
Role Models & Representation in Girls Flag
Training, mentorship, and paid opportunities for women 16+ across the DMV.
Our girls need role models. That’s true in any field, but especially Girls Flag. And especially in a city with a nation-leading participation gap between boys and girls.
Women’s Flag Role Models (female coaches, referees, etc.) needn’t be Girls Flag alums. We can train you on the x’s and o’s. What we need are sports-positive women who are kind, compassionate and believe in the power of athletics.
Are you interested? Do you know a great candidate? Fill out our Interest Form and then sign up to attend a Staff Orientation. We’re trying to meet and train 150 leaders in the next three weeks!
